My journey towards the 2012 olympics. I will, time permitting, describe the ups and downs of my physical and mental being, as I work towards the summer Olympics, 2012.

My recovery, my escape
Who needs artificial recovery methods? This is where I re-charge and find new energy. Maybe more riders should try this...
For anyone interested in a great outdoor experience, combined with cycling in Norway - look no further then Geilo and "Rallarveien". This is basically a great scenic route, best ridden on a mountain bike through some fantastic terrain. The Geilo Festival of Cycling will be hosted for the first time next summer (2006). Hopefully this will be a yearly event. But, you really cannot go wrong anywhere in this great country. You will have a great, great experience regardless of where you go. Tim - you are welcome to come to Norway at any time. I will only ask for a small, but I think very reasonable fee, a new Masi bike. :) Thanks for the support, Jill.

I wish I could get to Norway! Right now I can't, maybe a couple of years! Any suggestions for a visit, for some excellent cycling?
Nice pics... saw your site from www.RidewithNickMartin.com ;)
Ok, when should I show up on your doorstep with a sleeping bag? I don't take up much room and I will bring my own bikes.
You'll be in the Olympics for sure. It's all about location, location, location.
